Francis Ford Coppola
At the end of 2007 the award-winning director Francis Ford Coppola, author of the sagas "The Godfather" and "Apolycapse Now", announced the theft of his computers, which contained an archive of fifteen years worth of projects, storylines and scripts. Coppola was shattered by this event that has considerably delayed the work on his next film.
Massimiliano Fuksas
During the summer of 2006 Massimiliano Fuksas, one of the most famous architects in the world, suffered the theft of his computers from his studio in Rome. The computers contained projects that the studio was developing, including the plans for the "Cloud", the new Italian Capital center of congress. The police managed to recover only one of the seriously damaged stolen computers. Several experts only managed to recover 30% of the existing data on the hard disks, at a cost of several thousands of Euros.
